Probably the last person to read this, and just want to say it takes time. I came across this book a while back which isn’t really all about burnout (despite its name) but talks about being a woman and how we are always trying. Hope you'll take the break you need and it is good that you are aware of it so you can do necessary steps to help you get through it. Always thought you look contented and happy on IG but thanks also for sharing what goes on behind. Sending you virtual hugs here! 🫂

Perhaps it was being too busy (so burn out.. yea). When there’s so much going on for chores and obligations, you just wanna shut out the non essentials. Like why am I wasting another night doing a night out? Just leave me be!! (When night outs were actually enjoyable)

Let’s hope it is a season :)
